This group is going to focus on the self-healing tool of self-acupressure and "tapping" using EFT. EFT is an amazing tool to relieve pain, stress, balance energy and faclitate personal change in all areas of your life. The great thing about EFT is that it is easy to learn and you can use it on everything...from anger, to a sore shoulder, to financial stress and anything else you need to release. EFT is also a powerful tool for CREATING what you want...by empowering positive thinking and affirmations by working through the body. After all, that's where these blockages and stress patterns occur that get in the way of the positive thinking and that's where we can release them. Anybody can learn EFT! Karuna Reiki Master Class

This class is for anyone who has had Reiki Master training. It is complete with two levels, two attunements, four master symbols and eight treatment symbols. Karuna Reiki is the energy of Compassionate Action, and connects with the Divine Feminine. It works on the emotional and spiritual levels and also can help one become more grounded. Those who receive the attunements report experiences with their guides, angels, and higher self and feel the healing presence of other enlightened beings.

A brief description of the four Karuna I symbols is given here: The first symbol prepares the client for deep healing and is useful with past life issues. It helps release karma and deeply seated issues on the cellular level. The second symbol heals deeply and can be used to breakup the negative patterns we unconsciously use to insulate ourselves from the truth, thus shattering delusion and denial. It heals the shadow self. The third symbol fills the person with love and restores balance. The fourth symbol completes the treatment by bringing the client back into the body and grounding. The Karuna II symbols are of a higher vibration and more powerful. They help connect directly with the Higher Self and work on a deeper level. While they have specific purposes discussed in class, the experience of their energy allows intuitive guidance in their use.

Both levels of Karuna Reiki® and both attunements will be given as well as instruction and practice on the use of all twelve symbols. You will be able to practice all four levels of Karuna Reiki®, two practitioner levels and two master levels after taking this class.

We will also be doing a Reiki meditation to be aware of and heal the Shadow Self and using chanting and toning with Karuna Reiki®.

Healing Ceremony in the Inka Tradition, with James Riverstone and Deana LoGiudice, March 29, 2008, Newtown, CT

Join my dear friend and powerful ally in healing work, James Riverstone in a ceremony in the tradition of the Inka. James will lead us in a ceremony that welcomes the gifts from Spirit and helps us achieve greater levels of spiritual connection and awareness. We all need guides and teachers to help us along this path, and James is one of those teachers who can truly create sacred space through the openness of his heart where miracles do indeed occur. Since the last ceremony I participated in with James in January of this year, I have seen my own healing gifts expand and my awareness of Spirit in everything is ever greater. For me, this is an invaluable gift as I realize we are truly never alone and have the help of tremendous allies ready and able to help us in all areas of our lives.
